Body armour vests, such as plate carriers and wraparound vests, are designed to provide protection to the torso in a range of tactical and law enforcement situations.

HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS

Our vests are made from 1000 Denier material. Denier is the name given to the width and thickness of the fibers that make up fabric like nylon. 1000 denier nylon is a very durable, heavy duty, and finely woven fabric suitable for a range of purposes.

MOLLE SYSTEM

Our vests feature various MOLLE systems to allow the user to expand and personalize their vest to their personal requirements. MOLLE stands for Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment and is a standard industry feature.

ADJUSTABLE FIT & VENTILATION

Our body armour vests have adjustable straps and/or Velcro closures to ensure a secure and comfortable fit for the wearer. Our vests are designed to accommodate most sizes (One size fits most). The vests are engineered to improve airflow and circulation to prevent overheating using ventilation channels or mesh panel to allow air flow.

BLUNT FORCE PROTECTION

The vests are designed to provide protection against edged weapons, such as knives and machetes, as well as blunt force trauma from impact. The plate carriers require armour plate to fulfil this function, whilst the wraparound vests are NIJ Level 3A as standard.

Plate carriers typically feature MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) webbing, which allows for the attachment of additional equipment and accessories such as magazine pouches, medical kits, and communication devices. Plate carriers are often used by military personnel, law enforcement officers, and security personnel.

Wraparound vests, on the other hand, are a type of soft body armour that are designed to wrap around the torso and provide protection from a range of ballistic threats. These vests are made to hold soft armour inserts to as well as a variety of armour plates. Wraparound vests feature adjustable straps to ensure a secure and comfortable fit and can also include additional pockets or compartments for the storage of equipment or accessories. Wraparound vests are often used by law enforcement officers, security personnel, and civilians for personal protection.
